Rhonda is Lecturer in Practical Theology: Ministry Practice at United Theological College. Before beginning in February 2015 Rhonda was in a ministry placement (team leader) at Wesley Castle Hill Uniting Church since 2007. Previously she served in Rooty Hill Uniting Church, Grantham Heights Uniting Church, Kenthurst Uniting Church, and between 2004 and 2007 served in roles at United Theological College as Lecturer in Practice of Ministry, Faculty Assistant to the Principal and Coordinator of Pastoral Theology.
Rhonda has experience teaching in and overseeing the Pastoral Theology program at UTC within the CSU framework, including curriculum development. Her 2007 D.Min dissertation, “Integrating Theory and Practice in Ministerial Education”, included reflections on learning in community, and the development of an integration journal. The integration journal tool is still being used in the ministry formation program at UTC.
